Clubhouses are founded on the realization that recovery from mental illness must involve the whole person, in a vital and culturally sensitive community.

Our Purpose:

To provide a community with a restorative environment for persons living with and recovering from severe and persistent mental illness.

All members have the opportunity to contribute and to benefit from the Clubhouse Services and to have the support of others.

Club Horizon is a place where day to day skills are learned, independence is increased, friendships are formed, individual talents, skills and abilities are appreciated.

Our Goal:
